Back in the Yard

Its 2015! Time to write a few blog posts. Since I wrote like 4 post in 2014, I am going to make a goal of 5 post in 2015. I don't want to set my standards too high! ha!

I look forward to sharing my current journey with you.

They Make Me Smile

  • Here, I will list recent examples of how my children make me smile. Kids are so funny! My hope is that it will encourage you to keep a record of those special moments in your children's lives that bring joy to your life. Those moments that when you look back on, you can't help but smile.
  • 3/26/2014 (Caleb) At dinner we asked the boys to name three words that describe them. Caleb responded, "Caleb. Caleb. Caleb." Well, you can't get much more descriptive than that :)

All Aboard!

Caleb after an exausting morning on Monday :)

Riding their train this morning :)

Standing up in their train :)

Yesterday was a scary day. We took Caleb to the doctor for his check up and they want to do further testing at Arkansas Children's Hospital. He just cannot seem to shake his cough. The Doctor is encouraged that it is something we can treat and I believe in my heart that Caleb will be fine, but she wants to rule out some other possibilities. Please pray that the test they are doing will come back negative and that I will have peace as I wait until the test date next Friday, March 13.

I know God is in control and He will be with us no matter what - just as He always is!! Thank you Lord for good doctors and for good hospitals like ACH.

On a lighter note, Clay woke me up this morning a little before 7 to show me his train!! Aren't my boys creative. Clay took me for a ride and then they went on a ride together. Don't you just love the imagination of children!! They are so amazing. We can learn a lot from a child. Thank you God for the great blessings of children.
