Back in the Yard

Its 2015! Time to write a few blog posts. Since I wrote like 4 post in 2014, I am going to make a goal of 5 post in 2015. I don't want to set my standards too high! ha!

I look forward to sharing my current journey with you.

They Make Me Smile

  • Here, I will list recent examples of how my children make me smile. Kids are so funny! My hope is that it will encourage you to keep a record of those special moments in your children's lives that bring joy to your life. Those moments that when you look back on, you can't help but smile.
  • 3/26/2014 (Caleb) At dinner we asked the boys to name three words that describe them. Caleb responded, "Caleb. Caleb. Caleb." Well, you can't get much more descriptive than that :)

Bag Ladies!

I had such a great time meeting with this wonderful group of ladies today. They love Jesus and have such a desire to see Moms fellowship and encourage one another. They meet each Wednesday at 1pm at Skia in Bentonville. This group is open to any mom with children of any age and from any church. They call themselves the Bag Ladies, which I think is so cute. The reason behind the name: children are welcome at the group meeting, so you see a lot of diaper bags :) Skia has a great play area for children. I encourage you to check this group out.

Also, one of the group members is selling Hope 4 Haiti T-shirts. These t-shirts at $15 each or $20 if shipped (to anywhere). They are available in six different colors. She is raising money for her next Haiti trip and would also like to help raise awareness for the needs of Haiti. If you are interested in purchasing one, leave a comment and I will get you in touch with her.

Before I say goodnight, i want to remind you to please pray for the people of Japan. I cannot imagine what they are going through.

Have a great day!
Berkli
