Back in the Yard

Its 2015! Time to write a few blog posts. Since I wrote like 4 post in 2014, I am going to make a goal of 5 post in 2015. I don't want to set my standards too high! ha!

I look forward to sharing my current journey with you.

They Make Me Smile

  • Here, I will list recent examples of how my children make me smile. Kids are so funny! My hope is that it will encourage you to keep a record of those special moments in your children's lives that bring joy to your life. Those moments that when you look back on, you can't help but smile.
  • 3/26/2014 (Caleb) At dinner we asked the boys to name three words that describe them. Caleb responded, "Caleb. Caleb. Caleb." Well, you can't get much more descriptive than that :)

Spring Snow!

On Monday the boys enjoyed a beautiful day outside.
Isn't this precious!
Yesterday - 65 and sunny; Today - 30's and snow
Mom - Watch me hammer! Such a big boy.
Caleb loves his "Big Friend" Jenn

It has been a great week. My dear friend Jennifer and her boyfriend Jorge came to visit us last weekend and stayed til Monday. We had a great time. The boys loved spending time with them. I always love it when Jennifer comes for her annual Spring visit.

We have enjoyed the beautiful sunshine. The boys were so ready to play outside. Good thing we took advantage of the warmer weather, because today was quite different. Cold and Snow. It was beautiful though.

This afternoon we took the boys bowling at Fast Lane with our friends Danielle and Sean. It was a wonderful time.

Right now I am watching my "three" boys wrestle on the couch. They are piled on top of each other. Clay yells for help and then for some strange reason, wants more! Clay just said "You want a piece of me." And of course, Daddy complies. Caleb is saying, "Stop doing that to my brother!" I am glad to hear these words of concern. Crying, Laughing, more crying. Sounds so "fun" to me (not really) BOYS! Just don't get them :) Clay is now yelling for his Momma. I think it is time to call it a night.

For all you Moms with little boys, "Isn't life interesting!"
