Back in the Yard

Its 2015! Time to write a few blog posts. Since I wrote like 4 post in 2014, I am going to make a goal of 5 post in 2015. I don't want to set my standards too high! ha!

I look forward to sharing my current journey with you.

They Make Me Smile

  • Here, I will list recent examples of how my children make me smile. Kids are so funny! My hope is that it will encourage you to keep a record of those special moments in your children's lives that bring joy to your life. Those moments that when you look back on, you can't help but smile.
  • 3/26/2014 (Caleb) At dinner we asked the boys to name three words that describe them. Caleb responded, "Caleb. Caleb. Caleb." Well, you can't get much more descriptive than that :)

I caught You!

Caleb under the table eating Clay's pop tart

Caleb, Emily, and Clay
Let's Dance

Today has been a busy, yet funny day!

I served the boys pop tarts this morning (their request), but Clay was too excited to eat! Emily was coming over this morning. So, Clay left his pop tarts on the table. Well, I walked into the kitchen and noticed Caleb was under the table. I wasn't sure why until I noticed Clay's breakfast was missing! Hmmm, I wonder what Caleb was doing. You guessed it. He was hiding under the table as he consumed Clay's food. Kids are so sneaky aren't they?

We also had a great time with Emily this morning. They kiddos didn't let the fact I had stripped the sheets in the boys room stop them from bouncing on the little crib mattress and having a great time. They were listening to Latino music and just dancing away. It was so cute.

As the morning went on, I think they were getting a little tired, so they all three sat on the couch at watched Toy Story. You can't really tell, but in this photo, Caleb is wearing a headband. Both boys are wearing green bracelets from Team Impact and Emily is showing off her new green (emerald) ring. So funny!

The rain couldn't keep the run away from the Binns' house.

Good Night!
