Back in the Yard

Its 2015! Time to write a few blog posts. Since I wrote like 4 post in 2014, I am going to make a goal of 5 post in 2015. I don't want to set my standards too high! ha!

I look forward to sharing my current journey with you.

They Make Me Smile

  • Here, I will list recent examples of how my children make me smile. Kids are so funny! My hope is that it will encourage you to keep a record of those special moments in your children's lives that bring joy to your life. Those moments that when you look back on, you can't help but smile.
  • 3/26/2014 (Caleb) At dinner we asked the boys to name three words that describe them. Caleb responded, "Caleb. Caleb. Caleb." Well, you can't get much more descriptive than that :)

Day 4-5 New Arrivals

Just doing a little seaside fishing

I got a hole-in-one! Yippee!

So happy together!

Richard and I had a great Date Night on Tuesday. We ate at a wonderful restaurant, Calypso's. It was located at a boat doc housing many beautiful yachts. The food and atmosphere was wonderful. After we ate and walked around a bit, we headed to a cute putt-putt golf course where Richard and I both got a hole-in-one. Richard won!! The prize was a food rub from the loser. Richard has happy feet right now!! Congrats Richard. It was a really fun night.

My brother, Don Tyler, and his friend Ashley arrived late on Tuesday evening. They traveled from Louisville, KY where they attend are in school. I was really glad to see my brother. I don't get to see him often enough. I was really happy to meet his friend. She is a really nice young lady.

Today, Wed., was another great day. We ate at Hazel's Nook - real down home Alabama food - Yummy! The rest of the day was pretty much spent on the beach. Can't beat that.

My Aunt Lee and her fiance' Bobby arrived around 9pm. We were really glad to have them join our crew. They are from Los Angeles, CA.

Until Tomorrow, Good Night.
