Back in the Yard

Its 2015! Time to write a few blog posts. Since I wrote like 4 post in 2014, I am going to make a goal of 5 post in 2015. I don't want to set my standards too high! ha!

They Make Me Smile

  • Here, I will list recent examples of how my children make me smile. Kids are so funny! My hope is that it will encourage you to keep a record of those special moments in your children's lives that bring joy to your life. Those moments that when you look back on, you can't help but smile.
  • 3/26/2014 (Caleb) At dinner we asked the boys to name three words that describe them. Caleb responded, "Caleb. Caleb. Caleb." Well, you can't get much more descriptive than that :)

Kids and New Carpet!

Seriously, aren't they all precious!

Our new and improved playroom - no longer scary to sit or walk on!


After four years of black (once beige carpet) we have a new cut burber!!!!!

What a great day it was yesterday. We had a really fun playgroup, but we sure missed those who couldn't make it! I just loved watching the kids sit around the table eating nuggets, goldfish, and strawberries. It was a perfect day for play.

It was also a happy day because I got to debut our new carpet. You see, we rented out our home for a little while and I am not sure what went on in our home, but it looked like the renters conducted oil changes in the middle of the floor. We tried getting it cleaned several times, but the stains just kept coming back. I was so embarressed for my friends to see it and for any child to play on it. It felt good to watch the little ones play on new, clean carpet. It was a great day.
