Back in the Yard

Its 2015! Time to write a few blog posts. Since I wrote like 4 post in 2014, I am going to make a goal of 5 post in 2015. I don't want to set my standards too high! ha!

I look forward to sharing my current journey with you.

They Make Me Smile

  • Here, I will list recent examples of how my children make me smile. Kids are so funny! My hope is that it will encourage you to keep a record of those special moments in your children's lives that bring joy to your life. Those moments that when you look back on, you can't help but smile.
  • 3/26/2014 (Caleb) At dinner we asked the boys to name three words that describe them. Caleb responded, "Caleb. Caleb. Caleb." Well, you can't get much more descriptive than that :)

Ready for the weekend!

After being out of town for most of the past week, Richard, the boys and I are ready for some R & R not to mention, we are running out of clothes to wear!! I must catch up on the laundry. In light of what has been happening in the lives of my friends and their sick baby, I now realize how blessed I am to only have things like a messy house and too much laundry as my stressors these days.

If you read this post, please be in prayer for continued healing for Baby Harper and Baby Brayden and their parents - that they may find rest and comfort during this difficult time. Many praises to God for the healing and restoration he has already done. May we never take a day or a moment we have with our family for granted. Now, please go Hug your spouse and kiss your Kids and tell them all how much you love them. Richard, Clay and Caleb - your Mommy loves you very, very much!!
