Back in the Yard

Its 2015! Time to write a few blog posts. Since I wrote like 4 post in 2014, I am going to make a goal of 5 post in 2015. I don't want to set my standards too high! ha!

I look forward to sharing my current journey with you.

They Make Me Smile

  • Here, I will list recent examples of how my children make me smile. Kids are so funny! My hope is that it will encourage you to keep a record of those special moments in your children's lives that bring joy to your life. Those moments that when you look back on, you can't help but smile.
  • 3/26/2014 (Caleb) At dinner we asked the boys to name three words that describe them. Caleb responded, "Caleb. Caleb. Caleb." Well, you can't get much more descriptive than that :)

Last Day as a Three year old!

1-2-3 Blow!

Dada - you look silly!

Momma - you look funny too!
That is a good look for you Caleb.

Taking a break for a muffin snack.

Water is so fun!

We had such a fun day today! Clay turns four tomorrow. I just cannot believe it.

We celebrated Clay's last day as a three year old in style. We started with Clay's choice - blueberry muffins. He enjoyed blowing out his candles and opening his presents. You may be wondering why we are all wearing such silly glasses. My Grandmother gave them to me a while back and they have become a birthday tradition. They definitely make for fun photos on our special days.

After our birthday breakfast celebration, we spent some time at the Rogers Splash Park. It is located at the corner of 2nd St. and Olive. If you haven't been there, you MUST check it out. It is free and so much fun!! Caleb was a little scared, but Clay had a blast!!

Wear your Sunscreen out there and drink lots of water!!

God Bless!
